The Provençal markets of the Verdon
Colourful market halls, lavender stalls, goat cheese and plateau melons: the Verdon has a Provençal market almost every day of the week, spread across its villages. Here is the full calendar, village by village, days verified with the town hall or tourist office — never copied from a third-party guide.

|---|---|---|
| Aiguines | Tuesday | July-August |
| Bauduen | Sunday | all year round |

| Les Salles-sur-Verdon | Thursday | 1 April-31 October, 8h-12h30 |
| Moustiers-Sainte-Marie | Friday morning | all year round |
| Quinson | Monday | summer (July-August) |
| Régusse | Sunday | all year round |
| Riez | Wednesday and Saturday | all year round, 8h-13h30 |

Two markets deserve a special mention: in Riez, Wednesday and Saturday each have their own line-up of stalls, and a summer night market is added on Thursday evenings in Les Salles-sur-Verdon, distinct from the morning Provençal market. Also in Les Salles-sur-Verdon, don’t confuse the Thursday market (April–October) with the Monday-evening producers’ market, summer only — the two were long mixed up in our own data, corrected as of this check.
Truffle markets (winter)
Two winter markets, distinct from the Provençal markets above: black truffle is traded in Aups (Thursdays, mid-November to mid-March) and in Riez (Wednesdays, November to February).
