Your plan
Before you pay: the essentials
- You are buying, for your business’s listing on LiveVerdon, the plan you choose (“Presence”, “Visibility” or “Premium”): what is described on the Join the directory page on the day of your order, and nothing more.
- These plans are reserved for businesses, for their own establishment.
- Price for 12 months: “Presence” €79, “Visibility” €149, “Premium” €299. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
- Before paying, you prove in the business area that the listing is yours. Payment is made through Stripe. You receive an order confirmation and an invoice by e-mail.
- You enter and change the content of your listing yourself in your business area, photos included: it is published without prior human review, under your responsibility, and your texts carry the note “Information provided by the business”. Your photos first go through automatic quality checks; a photo that fails these checks is rejected, and the reason is provided. What you pay for or enter appears at the next publication of the site, within 2 working days at the latest; the information that LiveVerdon verifies first (article 10.3) appears only after verification.
- Automatic renewal: unless you act, the subscription is renewed each year for 12 months, at the same price, and that price is charged to the same payment method.
- We write to you 45 days before each renewal date, giving the deadline for refusing. You can stop the renewal at any time, at no cost and without giving a reason, from your business area (“Stop the renewal” button) or by e-mail to [email protected].
- Full refund on request within 14 days of your first order, and within 30 days of each renewal charge.
- A paid listing comes before free listings in the lists for its municipality, and it carries the label “Ad”. It buys neither a review, nor a place in our guides and selections, nor any result: we guarantee neither visits, nor bookings, nor any ranking in a search engine or an assistant.

Business area
My listing
You update the information about your business yourself. It is published at the next update of the site, without prior review: you are responsible for it. You receive a summary by e-mail each time you save.
What you cannot change
- Ratings and reviews — taken from their source, never entered by hand.
- Star rating — taken from the official body.
- Labels and distinctions — checked with the body that awards them.
- Municipality — administrative data.
- Cited sources and verification status — they describe what LiveVerdon has recorded and checked.

Your photos
- Send a large image rather than a small one: we reduce it for you.
- Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 40 MB. The photo is reduced and made lighter on your device before sending; the camera data (including GPS position) is not transmitted.
- A photo that is in portrait format, too small, blurred, almost black or almost white is refused, and you are told why.
- No more than 8 photos per listing.
- A photo that passes all automatic checks, including the final check, is published on your listing at the next site update, within 2 working days of upload, without prior human review. You receive an email confirming the upload.
Your logo
Included in the Presence, Visibility and Premium plans.
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG or WebP. The SVG format is not accepted. Transparency is preserved when present in the original file.
- At least 200 pixels on each side, 2 MB at most; the longest side is no more than 4 times the shortest.
- It is shown next to the name of your business, without being distorted. A new logo replaces the previous one.
- A logo that passes the automatic checks is published at the next update of the site, without prior review by our team, within 2 working days at most.
Your current offer
Included in the Premium plan.
- A short message displayed in a box on your listing: a promotion, a new offering or a special offer.
- From 20 to 160 characters, with no link, phone number, email address or superlative. End date between 3 and 90 days from today.
- An end date is required. The day after that date, the offer disappears from your listing automatically.
- It is published at the next update of the site, without prior review by our team. A new offer replaces the previous one.
